Hello!
I have been selling Real Estate in the Portland/Vancouver area since 1998. I work with both buyers and sellers; my main focus would have to be Excellent Customer Service. I have an education in Accounting and Customer Service Excellence. I am able to explain the financial side of a real estate transaction and to deliver great customer service to each client/customer. I explain the process, negotiate and direct the transaction while keeping my clients informed on the details of each transaction.
I was a part of a dynamic team at Berkshire Hathaway, the DreamStreet Team until 2017. We had been awarded the Chairman's Circle Platinum award for the last 3 years. This put the team in the top 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway Network. The 2016 Platinum is awarded to Individual Sales Professionals or Sales Professional Teams that have achieved a minimum of $500,000 Total GCI or 100 Residential Units. In 2018 I worked independently and was awarded the Leading Edge Society Award and the President's Award in 2019 which put me in the top 5% of 50,000 agents in the network. In 2020 I was back to working with the DreamStreet Team and we were back in the 1% in Berkshire Hathaway!
